Our Customer Online Management System (COMS) is a unique tool for the day-to-day management of your finance programme, with dedicated portals for both manufacturers and dealers. COMS allows manufacturers to give immediate approvals for new orders, while dealers benefit from electronic documents, electronic payments and management of their GE Capital relationship at the touch of a button.

Online Reporting

GE Capital’s Online Reporting tool provides up to three years worth of dealer performance data so that manufacturers can access a comprehensive suite of information to make better-informed decisions about their dealer network. Using Online Reporting, manufacturers can perform real-time performance comparisons of dealers by country and time period.

Perhaps the most valuable part of Online Reporting is that manufacturers can observe their complete product inventory within the network by model, make, invoice, period on finance and collateral code.
