Total Cost of Ownership: we look at the big picture

The Key Solutions team analyses all single cost components of your fleet and estimates its total direct and indirect costs over its entire ‘life cycle’, assessing what we call the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). By applying a rigorous process based on GE’s well-known Lean Six Sigma methodology, our consultants will drastically reduce your fleet’s TCO and ensure the highest efficiency and level of service.
